{"id":3706,"date":"2020-12-06T10:09:35","date_gmt":"2020-12-05T23:09:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/slovakcommunitysydney.com\/?p=3706"},"modified":"2020-12-11T20:23:14","modified_gmt":"2020-12-11T09:23:14","slug":"mikulas-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/slovakcommunitysydney.com\/en\/mikulas-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"St Nicholas 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>6.12.2020 Right on the day, we have celebrated another arrival of St. Nicholas. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>After the celebratory advent holy mass, held in the community hall, St Nicholas has indeed visited our Community centre accompanied by a white haloed Angel and a rattling chain wielding Devil.<\/p>\n<p>A large throng of excited children has enthusiastically welcomed them and those who weren\u2019t scared of the devil, and there were quite a few, recited a poem or sang a song to St Nicholas. Well, this time we\u2019ve even had a few grown-ups getting on stage with St Nicholas. Naturally, in the end, all of the thrilled children have received their presents from St Nicholas and marvelled in his presence.
